Deepti Gupta is a co-founder of Sageo. Over 18+ years she built people functions from the ground up at Myntra, Freshworks and Dream11, scaling teams from 100 to 2,500 people and designing the competency, performance and compensation systems those companies ran on. She also leads a founder-led people-strategy advisory practice for growth-stage companies. Sageo is the product version of the frameworks she has built by hand throughout her career, which is why she writes and oversees the guidance published here.
