I have partnered directly with founders and CXOs across India, the US, the UK, Germany, and Australia — at 30 people, at 300, and at 3,000. Every engagement has reinforced the same belief: the people infrastructure you build in your first few years of scale determines whether growth makes you stronger or breaks you.

I started Sageo because too many founders are navigating growth with the wrong people infrastructure. I fix that — directly, practically, and without the overhead.
