# Review the audit log

_See a tamper-evident record of every sensitive action in your organization._

The audit log records the actions that matter for governance: result releases, calibration overrides, plan approvals, weighting changes and acknowledgements. Newest first.

## Steps

1. Open Audit Log from the sidebar, under the Organization section.
2. Filter by type, Cycles, Assessments, Plans, Frameworks, Settings or Employees, to find what you need.
3. Each entry shows who did what and when, and cannot be edited after the fact.

> A tamper-evident trail makes performance decisions defensible if they are ever questioned.
